Check in person was nice,upgraded us to a "suite". The hallway floors were sticky and you could just follow the drips of something all the way to the room.Walked in to the room to find 2 refrigerators,neither worked, 1 wouldn't even close. 2 Smoke detectors laying on shelves with no batteries in them. 2 out of 3 ice machines broken. Very shabby and run down looking from the elevators to the rooms. The counters in the room were sticky,you could see spills on them from the last person. Lamps not plugged in, clocks not set. I used a side elevator several times. When we went out for our concert the side elevator had a sign saying out of order. I would have not been happy if I would have gotten stuck in it. Had to spend more money for bottled water for coffee because all the water smelled like an over chlorinated pool. We wanted to take a jacuzzi bath,but didn't want to bathe in a chlorine pool. The free coffee spot was filthy as well. At the end of the evening the desk person was mopping the main entrance floor and in front of the elevator, which made it very slick and had NO wet floor signs out. I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. Conditions were completely disgusting. Sorry to say this place should be condemned.

Terrible hotel. Wouldn't have stayed here had we of known. Dirty! Appears that homeless were living in the parking lot. Not a place to go if you can help it

Half the hotel was a halfway house

DO NOT Stay here! The place was had people hanging out in the lobby, making out. Trash all over the place. The hall to our room smelled of wet dog and dogs were barking and growling wanting to fight each other. That night, the smell of marijuana was thick. They kept outside doors open in the back of hotel so anyone could get it. Definitely did not feel safe. The hotel clerk did nothing to make the people who clearly didn't belong there to keep quiet, leave or clean up after themselves. Fire alarms kept going off. No coffee, room had old coffee pods in the coffee maker. Didn't dare look under the sheets. I reserved a room at another hotel and checked out first thing in the morning. The girl at the desk was nice and wrote down everything I said. It was a terrible experience out of my control and asked for a refund of the 2nd night I was supposed to be there and was told they couldn't refund me, to get in touch with who I booked it with. Never have I ever witnessed such careless, lazy and no consideration for guests in my life.

Be warned! The pictures of the hotel are not current! They are from before when it was a comfort inn!! We walked in to check into our room and there was no one working the front desk, there was a sign that said that no one was avaliable. We waited for a few minutes, while we were waiting we looked around the lobby and it was so dirty and unkempt. We promptly left, i cant even imagine how dirty the rooms are if they let the lobby look so bad.

The experience was good....nothing negative to say

The bed was so hard and rough , it looked very dirty.. very old looking inside the room… the jacuzzi was dirty around the knobs it was a very unpleasant experience

I reserved a room with a king size bed and jetted bathtub. When I arrived and checked in I had to sign paperwork that stated a different price (an amount less than I paid on the app) strange but didn't think much of it. When I got to my room it was not the room that I had reserved and paid for. Not a king size bed with jetted bathtub. It was two queen beds. Went down to the front desk with my phone to explain that I didn't book this room. I was told that they were all out of the rooms that I had reserved and paid for. Confused to how this happens when I already paid for the room. The hotel room was not very clean. Dusty, bathtub in the bathroom was missing part of the side, paint flaking of the ceiling in the bathroom, air-conditioner/heater was dirty. Just overall not a clean or well maintained hotel. Will not be staying there again.
