Welcome to Legends by the Sea, located right off the sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach, it's the perfect place to relax and take it easy with the whole family. Legends by the Sea offers all you need for your getaway, along with a private fenced in pool and beach access, it was designed for family vacations. On the first floor you will find the sleek, modern designed, fully furnished kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and granite counters, along with everything you need to prepare for those family meals. The bar tops easily seat four guests along with the dining table that can seat up to eight. Next to the kitchen you will find the living area with a big screen tv and the inviting couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. One master suite is located on the first floor with the other on the second floor, each includes their own private baths with elegantly tiled showers and granite counters with him and hers sinks. The second floor master includes a balcony, a great little outdoor getaway space. In addition, the second floor also includes two other bedrooms each with king beds, a bunk room that features four beds and a shared bathroom that features a double sink vanity and shower. You will fall in love with the inviting backyard, completely fenced in, it features a covered patio and pool. Grill out with the family while the kids swim in the pool and soak up the sun! Before you head into the house after a long day at the beach be sure to wash off and cool down with the outdoor shower. If you are wanting to explore the PCB area, Legends by the Sea is a perfect location. It is right off of Thomas Drive, Legends by the Sea offers a quick drive to some of the best restaurants in the area and is convenient to grocery stores and other shopping. If you are looking for a more naturalistic or secluded beach experience during your trip, St. Andrews State Park is a short hop down Thomas Drive or if boating is your thing, rent a pontoon and explore the bay or go deep sea fishing, all located at Captain Anderson's Marina is just minutes away. Legends by the Sea has it all, just bring yourself and your guests and get ready for the beach and sunshine! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 14) 1ST FLOOR: • Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa • Master Bedroom #1: King Bed, Smart TV, and Private Bath with walk-in shower 2ND FLOOR: • Master Bedroom #2: with King Bed, Smart TV, balcony access with seating, and Private Bath with walk-in shower • Guest Bedroom #1: King Bed, Smart TV • Guest Bedroom #2: King Bed, Smart TV • Bunk Room: 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and shared bathroom with shower/tub combo **Please Note: ALL Top Bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs **Pool heat is an additional charge per week. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and that if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temperature is at least 55 degrees consistently. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family Vacation. We took our parents and brother on a family vacation to PCB. This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room inside and outside. As we spent most of our time around the pool. The only thing missing are card games and or outside games to play. I have recommended this rental to two different famiky & friends.

Our stay was great would've given you a 5 star but there weren't enough pots and pans and 1 side of the sink the water went down slowly and the disposal didn't work. But overall it was WONDERFUL and we are willing to return

Love love love it! This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this area. House is beautiful, pool is great for those days when the ocean doesnt cooperate for swimming and also a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone, king sized beds are a plus too! I do wish this property offered beach towels so you dont to pack those!! Propery manager quick to respond to any issues or questions. Would stay here again!!

Blue Swell was great to work with. When we arrived I was going to fix food for the family but the skillets were in bad shape. I text Blue Swell and they brought over a brand new set immediately.

Overall the house was perfect for a multi family vacation and is in a great location. Pool was small but did the job. The only problem is the kitchen. There is only two small (very worn out!) skillets and one small and one medium size pot. This makes it impossible to cook for a large group. If a house accommodates 10 to 12 people you should be able to cook for 10 to 12 people. We ended up going out and purchasing a set of pots and pans to cook with for the week then transported them home. We did have an issue where one of the TVs didn't work they were quick to come out and replace the same day. I would stay here again, but if you are planning your trip just know you will have to get your own pots and pans to cook with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect! We brought both sets of grandparents with us and each of our kids brought a friend. I was worried that we would feel cramped but we weren't at all! There were plenty of towels and hand towels (might want to bring a few more wash cloths with you though.) The kitchen was well stocked (the crockpot is great for long days at the beach) and there's plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries, the washer & dryer was large capacity, all of the mattresses including the bunk beds were good, and the location is great! I didn't want to fool with a parking garage or elevator this time. The walk to the beach is less than walking from your condo to the elevator and through the pool area at our normal condo. We really enjoyed having our own private pool as well! We would definitely stay here again!
