Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $50+tax/fee per night. It is recommended between November- May. We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $50 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival. Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-85 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures.
