The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.), marble kitchen island seating, and more. The living room boasts large flat screen TV, surround sound entertainment system, and wet bar. 3 bedrooms on the first floor: Large Master Suite with a king bed and private bath (soaking tub and shower) and French door access to outdoor shower. First guest room has a queen bed (ocean views!), private bath, and access to wrap around deck. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds. Spillover space in basement sleeper sofa. First floor porch has a wraparound deck that offers a hub for activity. Outdoor furniture, porch swing, and access to lawn and ocean views make this perfect for memories with family and friends. Madaket Beach is about a hundred yards and accessed via a private pathway in the back of the home. Enjoy magnificent days at the beach with zero fuss. Come back to the house for a pit stop, lunch break, etc. Forgot something? No worries, it's a 3 minute round trip and you're back basking in ocean splendor. If you're adventurous, bring a 4x4 and purchase a beach pass so you can do off-roading , fishing, and sightseeing via Smith Point. All new kitchen cabinets and appliances for 2023. Freshly painted and newly decorated with an idyllic living room a with flat screen TV with surround sound. Take in sunsets from the dining room or the private deck. The property is surrounded by gorgeous hydrangeas. Other amenities include wireless hi-speed internet, stereo, surround sound, wine/beverage center, washer, dryer, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. BUNK HOUSE - "Always On My Mind": There is something that can't quite fit into words about the magic of the bunk house. It oozes beachy vibes and there's a certain romance to spending time in this gorgeous space. Room for two in the queen bed in the loft and a family could have a child or two stay downstairs in the pullout couch. Flat screen TV, dining room table, fridge, etc. ensure creature comforts are well tended. The large barn doors open wide to welcome in views of the beach and coastal air. The outdoor half bath is cute, while rinsing in the bespoke outdoor shower under the stars or after a beach day is divine.

Beautiful property on our favorite area on nantucket. Perfect for large families.

These 3 homes were the perfect location to enjoy everything the island offers and to reconnect/unwind with our extended family. Expectations exceeded on arrival, looks better than the photos and location was even better (if possible) than we had pictured—the homes are literally steps away from Madaket Beach. Going back and forth to the beach at our leisure was a game changer—we returned for lunch, naps, etc. Can’t overstate the breathtaking the sunsets. Natural beauty abounds, we tried hidden gems recommended by the host JP (he was great and super responsive) and visited Smith Point, heaven on earth. “Crazy Love” – where our family congregated (meals, sunsets on the 2nd level deck for water views all directions, etc.). Décor was meticulously curated for maximum comfort. The true soul of the island oozed out of every nook and cranny. Beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen and grill outside. “Sweet Thing” -- wonderful and bigger than it looks (two couples, one with kids were comfy). The sun room was a favorite: filled with windows/ocean views, great working desk facing ocean, lovely farmhouse table, and flower boxes surround it were a work of art. Kitchen was top notch, appliances gave the whole space an elevated feel. Bunk House – lovely beachy surfer chill open. Kids’ favorite space, play in the yard extended into this fun space. Adults loved hearing ocean waves; views were captivating with the barn doors open. We will 100% be back!
