The caboose has sound-proofing and double layers of insulation around the bedroom area, and we provide a white noise machine and portable fan for your added comfort. *You must be 25 years or older to reserve James Station. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If you have more than 3 in your group wanting to stay, we also offer a 1 bedroom apartment AND a separate 5 bedroom home nearby that you may rent in coordination with your stay.
