This covered deck has a ceiling to catch and divert water away so you can still enjoy the area during wet weather. A great second living space downstairs features a leather sectional, a smart TV with a BluRay player, and a bar area. There is also a game room with a pool table, foosball table, Ping-Pong table, dart board, bar area with stools, full-sized fridge, and a smart TV. Additional highlights include a baby gate, Pack 'n Play, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a washer/dryer.
