Other Things to Note: Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $75/day. The pool heater can only heat the pool to about 20° above the air temperature. NOTE - During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds, which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in, but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible. We will have the pool ready for your check-in. However, daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this, but additional charges may apply. The family-friendly neighborhood has easy walking with well-lit sidewalks. Biking is also easy, thanks to the bike paths in the area. In addition, Uber and other ridesharing are readily available.
