The property was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Very nice fluffy towels and excellent bed linen. The cleaners do a great job. The property was in an excellent location. I came to the area to ride the rail trail etc for a few days and Myrtleford is in the centre.

There is a fixed glass window above the bed, this transmits light from the neighbour's porch light directly into the bedroom, turning night into day. I had to block up the window with pillows. The toilet seat was smashed and the toilet brush broken - not acceptable. The kitchen could use some extras: a frypan big enough for breakfast (the provided tiny pan was just too small), there was no egg slice for the pan, there were no baking dishes or trays for the oven, e.g. to heat a pizza. A lounge chair (along with the couch) would be nice. An outdoor chair for the balcony would be nice.

It was clean,and comfortable. We were impressed with the shower.

The 17 stairs to access the property were steep, as we are older and had a pet I feel proved dangerous (we were not advised of stairs prior to booking)
