The condo was very spacious, and we had 3 couples, though I would recommend that the owner get a new mattress for the pull out couch upstairs.

I'm glad I took our blow-up mattress. The pull out couch was flat as a pancake owner should put a new one in! We had a problem with the only bathroom with a shower entry door knob crew came and fixed it the next day We also had internet issues that were never fixed during our stay (which was a nice change. We actually had quality time together)

Great view of the beach and intercostal waterway. Everything was clean, very nice condo. We loved the area, enjoyed the local restaurants, and the fact it is very much a family beach town.

Nothing we disliked. Only FYI/suggestion: -check the ceiling fan in the living room. I never could get it to go past what I consider slow speed. It’s also on a 2 pole switch, so it took a few minutes to figure out between switches and remotes. If you go to Topsail, beach access is limited during high tide. Check the tide charts.
