The house is perfectly located a short distance to Greenport town center and its conveniences, yet far enough away to remind you that you are a stones throw to the bay. The outdoor space, pool, patio and access to the bay could not be better. The home itself is very nicely appointed both inside and out with quality furniture. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. Overall a wonderful two weeks with the family and hopes to repeat it next year.

The house was clean, very well equipped, and had a very open lay out. Sofia was a great host and took care of any problems that arose quickly and efficiently. We have been renting in the Hamptons thru VRBO over the past 7 years. I would unequivocally say that this was the best house that we have rented.

Our family had a wonderful week at the Bay Beach Farmhouse. It is a lovely property and we loved the pool and beach. There are so many fun activities in the North Fork that we did while staying there. Lots of great restaurants and shops in Greenport as well as Vineyards and a trip to Shelter Island.

Absolutely gorgeous, clean and close to so many wineries and restaurants and activities. Like another reviewer said, this is hotel-quality in terms of amenities. Sofia thought of absolutely everything. We enjoyed the pool every day and the views from the beach, as well. We hope to return! So beautiful.

house is maintained to a hotel standard, amenities were A+ with a big yard, beachfront & swimming pool
not a single suggestion for the house - everything was just perfect
only point id note is the house directly on a busy street, but there is so much land behind the house that there is room to play safely

Beat words to describe this home and property. Picturesque, tranquil, enchanting, comforting and immaculate just to name a few. Amazing property with stunning views of the water and small private beach. Location was prime. We enjoyed being close to Greenport, Orient and just a quick ferry ride into Shelter Island where we found this quaint breakfast spot.

This home is excellent! Everything seems brand new and it has great decor. Backyard on the water with a pool was awesome. Host is responsive, helpful, and accommodating - gave us plenty of snacks!

We loved our visit to East Marion; its so close to Greenport yet provides a level of privacy and quiet for just relaxing and enjoying the magnificent water views. The owner is super responsive and kind. Highly reminded.

The house was recently redone and is very well designed and furnished. The house has a great yard, swing set and private beach. The owner lives nearby and was very helpful whenever we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.
