Location and neighborhood

Customer service is no help when it comes to addressing issues. Had an issue with the front door not wanting to work and called customer service. They couldn’t get a hold of local management so created a work ticket but even the next day no one came to assist. Lucky for me I figured out what I was doing wrong. Also after closely checking everything in the house. One there were stains on the blanket in the master bedroom. A dirty pillow in one of closet in the other bedroom. Would not recommend white towels because those to had visible stains. Also both trash cans in the kitchen got full and had no trash bags. I would suggest letting tenants know when trash pickup is because the binder that is in the house is not accurate. Had to try and stuff what trash we had because the trash bin outside was full from previous tenants and didn’t know when pickup was to set the trash bin out to be emptied.

My family enjoyed Western Wonder so much, we visit Dallas very frequently and we are going to book this location everytime. Everything was perfect

Very clean and up to date. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone loved the master shower.

The neighbors across the street partially blocking the driveway. The air filters need to be changed. It needs pest service because we killed at least 6 bugs. Taking out the trash of other people. The outside trash can needs to be cleaned.
