Bit of noise from upstairs but nothing major!

Great location, close to the tube, lots of shops and takeaways on the road. Sainsburys a few doors down. Plenty of parking. The host was brilliant at answering my questions before arrival. Will definitely book again

The garden was great for the evening in the warm weather but the only problem was it was on 2 levels without a fence on the higher level, so I had to keep watch of the toddler, but it wasn't a huge issue. Wouldn't stop me rebooking

Location - near Sainsbury, Tesco, shops and restaurants. Property newly renovated. Free easy parking. Close to Hendon Central Station.

Upon arriving at 3pm (check-in time) there was no key in lockbox. Called host and was told property is not clean and need to allow 20mins. Not great after driving for a long time with kids! Left for 1 hour to eat, called and the property still not ready. Host assured he will call when ready, didn't happen. I didn't enter the property until after 7pm. Was promised late check-out, but cleaner came knocking at 11am sharp on departure date! TV had no channels, apps didn't work. No privacy in kitchen area (no curtain/blind). Property lacks basic necessities; toilet paper, kitchen roll, coffee/tea mugs, enough towels for booked guests, liquid for dishwasher/washing machine. Mentioned to host who brought towels and toilet paper at midnight, but stopped answering my calls and messages. Cleaning is questionable as sign of dust and dirt around. Dirty kettle.

The sound of the.neighbours blasting there music till three in.the morning with out a care in.the world the smell coming from the onsuit bathroom smelt like sewage
