All perfectly clean, a beautiful and cozy environment. A big tv with internet connection. Washing machine and oven.

The curtain is almost nothing, really thin. The towel is too much poor, feels like sandpaper. The instructions where the entrance is, it’s not clear. Its easier to put that is exactly beside a store. No body soap.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

First the information is untrue. It is more than 3 or maybe even 4 levels up to get to the door from street (30 to 40 stairs). VERY DIFFICULT WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE. I would have asked for help if the information was correct. Then when you get in, the host writes on several laminated notes. Kitchen must be left exactly the same, or their is a 35 CHF to clean it and that is not included in stay. Also, do not touch the cable connection or you will pay for having technician to come out. This really put me off. Then in our 1-night stay, we had no internet. I called 2 numbers; one was a restaurant and a girl answered and asked where we are at, we told her, and she told us she would tell the chef? No one called back, then we called another number the person never picks up. The communication was slow on Booking. com, so for 4 hours we were trying to connect with our host. UTA said she works in a nursing home and can't pick up the phone. Very unprofessional. Then asked me to send pictures, which I did...of my laptop, phone and the tv showing images of no internet. She said she never got them. Lastly right before we were going to bed, she was going to have us...do her job...by having the cable people call us, on my phone, overseas with a language barrier. The next morning, we asked for compensation since she was so keen on getting compensation for extra things like the kitchen. She texts me back saying that the maid fixed it and that it worked all along. NO IT DID NOT ! We even tried again to call and to resend emails, even going through Booking with no response. Other smaller notes, pans scratch, towels not soft and no seating area.

The room is located very close to the train station on the second floor of an apartment building, easy access, it is very spacious, has all amenities and an overall good look.

I stayed for one night in November and during the night time it became very cold. The heat was not working anymore and the beds had a thin blanket. There were no extra blankets anywhere so I had to put a furry decoration rug on me just to keep warm. Thar was the only downside, not having heat in November..
