Enamorados de este lugar

Absolutamente todo. El personal es muy amable, alegre y servicial. Te ayudan con todo lo que necesites! Puedes reservar actividades, una motocicleta, taxi, servicios de lavandería, cambiar dinero, etc. La habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda. La limpieza es excelente, toda la casa huele a limpio a todas horas! La ubicación increíble, con dos terrazas desde las cuales puedes ver las montañas, el amanecer y el atardecer. Rodeado de casitas con gallinas y una escuela. Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. No está muy lejos del centro (10-15 min. caminando) por si quieres ir a restaurantes, supermercados, al río Nam Song, etc. Nos íbamos a quedar 2 días y terminamos quedándonos una semana!! Es la mejor estancia que hemos tenido en todo Laos! Gracias por hacerlo posible!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Wäscheservice vorhanden (gehen Gebühr, aber sehr günstig) Zimmer waren sauber Man hat nicht mal eine Klimaanlage gebraucht da die Zimmer an sich bereits kühl waren Freundliches Personal

Zwei Duschköpfe (einen für Warmwasser, einen für Kaltwasser) war etwas umständlich

Sehr sauber, alles fein und großzügig. Ruhig, ca. 6 Minuten zur Hauptstraße. Gute und günstige Vermittlung von Attraktionen und Busticket.

Would return.

The room sizes are great, great sized desk. Great aircon unit. Around 10 minutes walk to the centre out of the party area. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Bathroom facilities could have been better. Sometimes the room would smell of sewage, had to move from first room because of this. It wasn’t overly offensive.

HOTEL AND BUS COMPANY ARE AWFUL PEOPLE.

Hotel is okay.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONWARDS TRAVEL THROUGH THIS HOTEL. My girlfriend and I booked onwards travel with this hotel, to Hanoi. We got to the bus to take us to Hanoi and one of the staff members on the bus ended up ASSAULTING my girlfriend because we moved seats because the seats they put us on were covered in flies, we then got kicked off the bus because I shouted at the staff member for attacking her. Upon trying to get a refund for the bus the hotel was not very helpful at all, all they did was give us the number of the bus company (who also didn't give us a full refund.) I asked the hotel for more assistance in getting a refund and they flat out refused saying it was nothing to do with them, I don't know about you but if a customer of mine got attacked through a company we was associated with I'd do my absolute more to unsure they were given a refund. I guess the hotel and bus company are okay with WOMAN ABUSE. Also don't believe the time it says on the pricing list, it says it's 22 hours to Hanoi, in reality it's closer to 32 hours (we had friends do the same journey and that's how long it took them). Also on the bus they have horrendous animal abuse, we saw them try to shove a goat into baggage area and friends of ours said they saw them transporting PUPPIES in a small box also in the baggage area. People in Laos do not care about animals, if you hadn't noticed. Please ignore whatever response they hotel has to say to this, like most locals in Laos all there care about is your money. You are not human beings in their eyes, just money.

Great value for the money

The location is in a 5 minutes walk to main street. Even when had problems with crashing the rented scooter, the owner helped out with all the repairs and did not charge or scam. Everything very smooth from check-in to check-out. Calm and nice surroundings, very clean rooms. Best value for the money! Defintely recommend and will come back.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Water refill available.

Location isn’t great - about a 15-20min walk to most of the restaurant across a main road which isn’t great at night. Bathroom was quite outdated and slightly mouldy

Will stay here again.

Location, on the edge of town. Happy to get some quietness. Size of room. Good price. Nice staff. Place to stay in Vang Vieng.

Flies in the room because they left window open after cleaning.

It was ok but nothing more

Big room The price was ok

We did not felt comfortable there, I don’t know but the vibe in the room was kind of off, it felt morbide to be in the room The bathroom could have been cleaner we’ve had cockroach the last day ! And the smell, horrible smell of humidity The guy at the desk who I think was the manager was not really friendly he could have been much nicer The whole time we stayed there we felt uncomfortable Everything is more expensive there so I would recommend you book a tour elsewhere, as well as your laundry and if you need a motorbike too

Comfortable and good value for money

Spacious room and comfortable bed, although pillow are bit high. Has long table which I needed for work, also clothes rack and hangers. Good value for the money.

- Water runs too slow in the bathroom sink, it got clogged on the last day, they should check this more often. - location little too far from the centre, 15 minutes walk, but was still okay, as described in the booking so cannot complain. - a night stand would be good beside the bed, I used a chair instead. - more space for bathing and cosmetics products in the bathroom would be nice, because this way you have to keep everything on the room table. - wifi not the best, it becomes slow very often.

Να σέβονται περισσότερο τους πελάτες, έδωσα ρούχα να μου πλύνουν και μου επέστρεψαν την μπλούζα μου λερωμένη, για πέταμα. Τους ζήτησα την επόμενη ημέρα που το διαπίστωσα να την καθαρίσουν και αρνήθηκαν λέγοντας πως δεν την έπλυναν αυτοί. Αυτό ήταν και πονηρό και αγενές εκ μέρους τους. Συνιστώ σε όσους μείνουν εκεί να ελέγχουν τα ρούχα που δίνουν για πλύσιμο όταν τα παραλαμβάνουν.

Location, more quiet than be on city centre. That's a good valuable if you wanna rellax. Thea staff is so friendly. Simple rooms with refrigerator, A/C and comfortable beds.

Fine for a few days.

Easy check in, Comfy bed, free towels, warm shower. Nice desk to sit at. Helpful to arrange taxi after I eventually found the staff

Difficult to find the staff sometimes. Slow internet. Bathroom was pretty dated! Bike rental through the guesthouse was an ordeal - firstly they didn’t have one for me, then other guests said they did, then I had to leave my passport (first time on the trip Ive had to do that) - not the cheapest either. AC in the room was really temperamental. But they do have a fan, so I was never hot.

Great value, friendly staff, questionable bathroom!

The guy on reception is amazing. He helped us pay for a flight change as we didnt have a Laotian bank account and sorted everything out. Helped us rent a moped, wash clothes and was super friendly. Room was a great size and its in a good location, only 10 min walk to main strip. Very cheap.

Wasn’t quite as the pictures made the room seem. Our bathroom had a horrible smell the whole of out stay. We had friends stay in an upstairs room and didnt have the same issue, so id advise asking for an upstairs room!

I really enjoyed my stay at Saphaothong guesthouse. The bedroom was big and perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi is very good and there was a big desk where I could do my online work. The AC is also very powerful.

The guesthouse is a bit outside town where the main restaurants and bars are, but still within a comfortable walking distance (10-15 minutes). The receptionist was not always there but it seems it’s normal for guesthouses. The bed was a bit squeaky.

Great guesthouse a short walk away from the main town. Very accommodating and the staff helped with organising an extra nights stay very easily as well as renting a bike and doing laundry.

We had some ants in our room on the bed when we arrived but this was very quickly taken care of without any issues. Very satisfied with the help received.

staff really helpful with booking train tickets. huge bed was the most comfortable I had in months.

on booking it said the room had a balcony but the rooms don’t have that. it was important for me because I was sick and didn’t want to be in contact with other guests. but in the end it was okay and they have a communal balcony which is quite and a good place to eat your take out food etc :)
