Staff was very friendly. The room had numerous amenities and great for a long term stay, though ours was only two nights.

It was a very nice hotel. We were in the first floor close to the front desk. Walls were a little thin but it was nice.

Bed was hard as asphalt and breakfast was of very poor quality. I expect nothing but the best when dealing with a Hilton branch. This was my first and definitely last time staying at a Home 2 by Hilton

Property was new, clean and comfortable. The Peloton was out of service and no one could say when it would be working. The gym was hot and had music that couldn't be quieted. We highly recommend this property. Great breakfast and water fill station. Staff was so nice.

Key system was down upon arriving, but wasn't really an issue and it was fixed the next morning, room service has to be scheduled 24 hours in advance which I think is a bit strange. overall clean quit room

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t honor a pre paid reservation from hotel.com. Complete indifference, escalated situation saying not their problem, can’t assist, could care less about customers. Unhelpful, does not work for solution. Was told manager name was twinkle. Not sure if that is true but twinkle was also aggressive and indifferent. I paid 500 for two nights and the would not let me check in. Do not recommend. They need complete management and front desk staff

The front desk during our stay was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean. We did have an odor coming from our fridge and they offered to immediately send maintenance (we declined).

This property was very nice. The only thing bad was the beds are supposed to be queen size and they are just full size beds. Not pleased with that at all.

This property is located 20 minutes from Fort Worth on I-35, which is so-so convenient. This area is in development, most hotels are new constructions, as is this Home2 Suites. There are many restaurants in the area and the room had a big fridge in case you want to heat some food in the microwave. Overall service is mediocre. Housekeeping is by request only, 24 hours in advance. While checking in around 5 pm, when adviced of this policy, I immediately requested to have my room cleaned the following day, since I did not have any idea of the conditions of the room (soap, towels, bedding, overall cleanliness), which never happened.

My overall stay was excellent my only complaint would be the breakfast on Sunday morning. No bacon. I love bacon.

As soon as a walk in I can smell this fancy aroma. Everything looks brand new. The room was very confortable. What I liked the most is when I requested a late check out, right away the lady in the front desk gave me 1hrs more to stay which I really appreciate it. This's a 10/10 hotel.

This is a convenient location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, and pet friendly. However, the rooms are very noisy. We could easily hear the guests in the rooms next to us and in the hallways.
