Our tiny house by the creek was charming, well stocked, and clean. The location was great for venturing to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Telluride. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and slept with the windows open to hear the creek. We definitely recommend it for a couple; it would be too small for more than two.

If you are a novice camper and want the luxuries of a bed, shower & toilet, this is perfect for you. If you are a seasoned camper and want the quiet of nature, this is not for you. Although we had by far the nicest spot next to the rushing creek, overall, there was a lot of traffic noise, people driving around after 10 pm, and people leaving their outdoor cabin lights on all night (not great for star gazing). The bathrooms were well-appointed but needed more regular cleaning. My kids had a lot of fun, and kids are the only people that can fit in the loft. They did hit their heads on the low ceiling a few times, so adults definitely won’t fit. Convenient location for Main Street Montrose & a quick drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

We stayed in the Black Canyon cabin. It was very clean and spacious. The guy in the office was very helpful. It was a great combination of rustic and modern for a girl who doesn’t like camping. It had everything you need, running water, heat, a refrigerator with lots of trees around. I would recommend it to friends.

I stayed in a Yurt. It was lovely! The heaters made it nice and comfy.

I didn't stay there because of miscommunication with the code to lock. They sent me a text message to my messages but I was on my vacation and I turned off it.

We stayed in the Creekside Rustic Cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. It was close to the bathrooms which was nice. We really enjoyed relaxing on our deck overlooking the creek.

tiny house comfortable except that the restroom is separate and public. will not complain since the price is not bad.

Our Tiny Home was super cute and very well equipped. The shower was tiny too and difficult to use for my tall husband but we had a lovely overall stay.

I really enjoyed this property & location. The house was cute & quaint, just as advertised. The only downside is it was dirty. Dusty, stains on sheets, etc. I would stay again though!

We stayed in the Creekside Cottage, which was cute and has a lovely deck overlooking the creek. Would stay here again.

Will definitely be back.

Tiny house location along stream was very nice.
Overall cost, especially pet fee, was excessive for what you get.

This was my first time staying in a yurt so it was interesting. The park was clean and quiet. And is close to Black canyon national Park.

Creekside cabin was awesome. Bubbly creek, nice deck, comfortable quarters - I'll be back.
The wifi was less than spotty, It'd connect but never for more than a few seconds. Had to go sit in the laundry room to do any work.
The automatic lock wouldn't always lock. Dude around the corner left 2 chainsaws and a blower in the back of an open truck the whole time I was there, which told me not to worry. Your milage may vary.

Cute, cute, cute tiny home #5! Was perfect for my husband, my mother-in-law & myself with no ladder or steps. Very clean & comfortable. Could hear creek when outside. Stayed one night & would stay again!

It was close to the NP we were at so great location. But was so much smaller in person. No toilet or sink to wash my face. The ac was nice but the bed was terrible.

It was so hot. 91 degrees outside and even hotter inside. There was no AC in the yurt. I blame Hotels.com for false advertising on this one. The staff tried to accommodate with fans and eventually a portable AC, but it took hours to get this to the room. The BUGS were a huge problem. They were swarming all inside the yurt. We had to spray everything with bug spray—even the bed. The bugs in the bathroom were even worse. One bathroom was so infested, we couldn’t even go in there. The other was bad, but we just ran in and out as fast as we could.

Nick the property manager is awesome he was helping us with our issues and got it all sorted and out and fixed even after hours for the logde. Overall a super cool area and great staff

I feel like I need to inform you about the condition of Tiny House 6. It is infested with bugs. I was up until 1:30am killing bugs as they kept landing on my face and arms. The bugs are all over the bed and tiny house. There was also a lot of gnats in the shower.
When I went to make coffee in the morning, there was old coffee from the previous tenant still in the coffee pot. Whoever cleaned the tiny house didn't pour out the coffee and the house was dirty.
I went in the restroom to look in the mirror, and when I pulled the mirror out the glass from the back of it fell and shattered in the bathroom. It was obviously loose or not installed correctly.
I stayed here three years ago at a different site and I loved it. I met the owner and really thought highly of this place.
I'm just very disappointed with the condition of the tiny house and the bug infestation, especially for the price.
I sent this text to the phone number provided, and was sent a response “I will forward this to the owner and talk with house keeping.” Didn’t even receive an apology for the lousy stay. Probably won’t stay here again, which saddens me, as I wanted to love this place.

We attempted to check in and all the instructions about checking were inaccurate, including the emergency property phone number. We were never sent a text with a supposed code to get into our place. I called and emailed the emergency front desk number. Finally, we just went to the site and it was open.

The little cabin near the stream was beautiful, idyllic. We loved sitting out on the deck and the cabin was sufficient, and were happy to find a little fridge and microwave inside. The communications were a little bit problematic as we arrived - the envelop we found on our door and texts/other communications instructed us with a code to the lock box to get the key. However, the code did not work for a key, and was really the keypad code. We would suggest removing the lock box or at least saying "keypad code" in the communication instead of "lock box." Also, the map to the place, as well as the "bath house" were vague. Just a little sign on the bath house could have prevented frustration trying to find a toilet after a long trip. Finally, why have a keypad code for the bath house that everyone else has? I was (fortunately) washing my face early in the morning when another guest used the keypad and came in. Maybe have an "occupied" sign, or something that can indicate that someone is already in there.
Other than these, the cabin was charming and we slept well. Well, I did. My husband's side (right, as you are sleeping) seemed thin, or something sticking up. He only weighs 178...) We really enjoyed our stay!

The yurt was great. Unique, cozy night stay. The separate bathroom building was close, clean and functional. The shower head angle made water pool up outside of the shower. Not a huge deal. Would be hard to remedy with it needing to be ADA. Overall great place to stay!
