The 3rd suite, has a king bed, direct pool/patio access, a seating area, a flat screen TV and an en suite bath with a shower. In addition to the 3 suites, there are 3 additional sleeping quarters, with two located on the second floor, equipped with king beds, full sized pull-out couches, flat screen TV ‘s and balcony access with plantation views. Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
