Pool hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p,m. The shared pay-per-use washer/dryer is located on the ground floor of the building and can be paid for using a smartphone app. The machines do not accept coins. Laundry room hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo unit itself was clean and well-finished, and the community laundry was clean and worked well. The parking lot situation was not lovely, but was overall safe. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom, so the winow can't be opened for fresh air. The rental agent was very responsive and brought us a fan. We liked sitting and eating on the lanai. It was a good location for enjoying Hilo. It seems silly that the dishwasher doesn't work, and seems not to have worked for a while.

We enjoyed our stay! Something to consider: The washer/dryers are not coin operated and require an app to be downloaded. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived.

An older condo in Hilo. Super close to everything, very centrally located. Nice lanai overlooking pool and ponds. I’m very familiar with Hawai’i Island and know this area well. The rental was exactly as I assumed it would be. No complaints at all!

Property was fairly residential. Seems like a lot of locals live there. Electrical system was a bit tricky. Overall it was comfortable though.

This is a decent place to stay while in Hilo. Condo was clean, but dishwasher was out of order and there were a few electrical issues. Nice setting on the pond, lots of nene, chickens, and cats to keep us entertained. Nice lanai. Better than a hotel!

We had a lovely stay, our villa was clean and neat, and welcoming. Vacasa checked in with us on the second day, and we let them know of a small issue, which was taken care of immediately the next day. It was quiet yet close to a walking park and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The overall facility left something to be desired. - stairs and hallways shabby, the parking lots unmarked and untidy. The swimming pool was clean and appealing, but limited seating. Lighting in unit was dull. Internet was good, but the TV was limited.

There are hookers and homeless people on this property. We found a note on the ground with no name on it asking for help because they were a victim of trafficking. Additionally, the place is really run down. It looks a lot nicer in the pictures. The AC was didn't work well and there was no shower drain plug so we couldn't bathe our infant. Definitely won't be coming back.
