First of all, Charlie was great! We had major train delays and didn’t arrive until the middle of the night/very early morning and he was so nice to reach out with concern. He was very welcoming and quick to assist when we had issues with the heat. The welcome treats were fantastic! Much more than I’ve ever seen at other rentals. This was a great location for my group of 5. The common living area was nice sized and allowed us to gather together, yet have our space. I’d definitely book again, next time in Edinburgh!

The property and it's owners are a credit to the letting service. From communication, to cleanliness, to accessibilty (thank you again for going above & beyond by investing in some portable wheelchair ramps to make access even easier) this property just hits every level. Close to the City Centre, near the beach, near attractions & amenities with great transport links, just couldn't fault it . Will definitely return .

We spent 3 nights here as it seemed close enough to the city center. We were more than pleasantly surprised with what a great location this is! Close to Portobello Beach and such an easy commute into New Town. The house is very clean and well kept with plenty of room for our group of 6. Lovely warm touches. Would certainly stay again!
