We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons. If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection. We do not provide firewood / logs. Children and babies are welcome, but our properties are not childproof. We do not provide safety equipment like stair gates or cupboard locks. Adult supervision is essential for child safety as children do not understand danger. Toiletries are not provided for ecological reasons. Please bring your own to reduce plastic waste. Some properties allow pets, but they must not go on furniture or in bedrooms. Pet traces must be removed from the premises. Additional cleaning charges may apply for pet stays if necessary, or excessive messiness.
