Overlooking the town of Lead from the deck this townhouse is located 2 blocks from the grocery store. Back yard and kitchen window is a beautiful view of the hills with lots of wildlife. Grill located on the deck with outdoor seating. Close to everything but with the feel of a secluded stay. Walk into the main living space with an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, island with seating for 5, cozy seating in the living area with a flat screen TV and decorative gas fireplace. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and TV. Window A/C unit Propane grill Shared fire pit with seating Wifi Smart TV Keurig Coffee maker

The flat/apt was well furnished and suited 2 people well. Location was good for activities in deadwood and the black hills. Would stay again. Thx.

House was everything our family needed for a short stay.

The Good: Good comms from the start. House was easy to find, no issues with access. Everything was clean.
Opportunities for improvement: the showers weren't "hot" - they weren't cold, but definitely not hot. The 4 cup coffee maker was undersized for us. The toilet flush valve had issues.
Overall, it was a nice place, and we'd definitely stay again.

We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. It was warm inside the house due to the lack of central air but that was the only downfall. The house was perfect and in a great location. Highly recommend

We stayed three nights. We were very active and on the go most of the time to see sights. Lead, SD was a great location. This flat was a perfect place to start and end our day.
