Have a meal right off the grill on the outdoor patio where you can stay cool under the refreshing misters! ** Pool Heating ** Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a nightly fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.*** We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself.
