Good location not too far from the bus terminal, City center, or boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Fast internet, and mesh WiFi repeaters for every two rooms down the hall. Hotel has a fourth floor open air rooftop, with a shared kitchen and seating. It's a great place to look out over the town. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, with large sheets that will keep you covered throughout the night.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, they allowed me to check in at 12.00 instead of 2.00 pm Good value for money. Quite central, you can reach the center and the boulevard in 5 minutes on foot

For me it's not a problem but you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs because there is no lift.

The bed was hard. And there is hot shower with pressure. The location, easy to find tricycle to every where and nice restaurant in the street.

Long list coming: Wall are so thin I can hear people talking in stairs, watching tv, taking shower. And the karaoke on side street all over the night. Bring earplugs!! The air-conditioning doesn't work properly. It makes such noise like a motorbike. So I can't use it at night. And I can see outside in the location of the air-conditioning.. The seat for toilet is half broken. Some tiles in the bathroom are missing.. The water in the bathroom never dry for all my stay after shower.. It is good if u want to sleep daytime. But nightime was more like nightmare. And fyi it sells room per hour. For people dating.. I didn't know about it. If yes I won't stay there.

The room is basic but clean while the staff is super helpful. The hotel’s location cannot be better as it’s right in the center. We asked a quiet room which was granted and we had a good sleep unbothered by traffic noise.

Location is good, clean and it was quite.

The rooms are small, but perfect for sleeping and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Clean room and bathroom and walking distance to market and establishments. We were given welcome drinks upon arrival. Water is available along the hallway.

Very clean, new and well organised. Lots of plugs. Friendly and competent staff. Hot and cold water drinking refills no charge. WiFi excellent. Everything works. A/C effective. Very enjoyable stay in a new and well located hotel. Would recommend and will definitely stay next time in town.

Room is a little small. We only have small bags so had just enough space.

Very noisy from street and from the floor. Aircon very noisy to ! Needed to buy ear plugs .In facilities say have airport shuttle but it comes with extra fee 500 peso , much overpriced . Late checkout , they charge 100 pesos per hour . Kettle and Hair Dryer only on request. Room was much to small for a bigger room extra charge 200 peso per night . I cannot recommend that place and i wouldnt rent again
