There are many other attractions nearby, including the SeaTac Disc Golf Course (.5 miles), the SeaTac Botanical Gardens (.5 miles), the Rainier Country Club (1.5 miles), and the Westfield Mall (3.5 miles). Grocery stores like Safeway and Fred Meyer are also a short drive away, as are downtown Burien and the Tukwila Light Rail. Other Things to Note: 1- There are a few exterior steps to the front door and an interior stairs to the unit. 2- The unit is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time 3- The unit is part of a duplex so there is another group of guests downstairs in the lower unit. 4- Please park on your designated parking spots: 2 spots on the right side of the house. The left parking spots are reserved for the lower unit. 5- No washer and dryer 6- No access to thermostat as there is only 1 located downstairs. We provide extra space heathers and fans. 7- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard.
