This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer. Located in a mature neighborhood with lots of huge trees and spacious lots, it won’t feel like you’re in the heart of the city. Our huge backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill, picnic table and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment. Please note that this listing is for 1 side of the duplex only. The backyard is a shared space.

Katie and Dallas have a lovely duplex! Big private backyard, and you couldn’t ask for a better location within the city! We enjoyed our trip and have said we will return in the future to this rental if we can!

It was a lovely place. Nice calm neighborhood. Everything was nearby. Wasn’t super fancy but did the job. We were happy.

Really nice stay. Very close to a road and opening from backyard leads right out to the street. this was a real concern for us since we have small children. Otherwise, very nice stay!

Found this lovely property that worked excellent for our weekend getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and a very relaxing home. Nice comfortable beds. This is a lovely place to stay. Hopefully can stay there again soon

We stayed for a week while visiting our son in the Ait Force. The home was an ideal home base for the 4 of us. Katie was helpful on the one minor issue that arose. Great house & host.
