The dilapidated look from the building facade to the apartment itself. While it was clean, everything else was old and unappealing. The TV was not working, the front door n gate were rusty and the lock needs to be lubricated so that the key can be inserted without difficulty. The corridor was terrible, walking past units that looked abandoned and like there have been forced entry leaves one to wonder the security/safety of the place. You will also see disconnected gas pipes in the walls.
