Great location a 10 min walk away from Shinjuku and opposite a nice park. Bakery was great by any standard but even better most of it was vegan, great non vegan stuff also. Very impressed by what you get for the money.

Location
Very small rooms, extremely uncomfortable beds, thin walls hence you can hear people in other rooms

Good location and friendly helpful staff. Good bakery on site.
Hotel very good at looking after baggage.. Also helpful in tracking down some mislaid baggage.
Room a bit small but OK for Tokyo and the price

The Knot is at a nice quiet location. It has a restaurant and bar as well as a bakery. We had a nice time there.
I did not like the tiny bathroom. It reminded me of a portable one. I already knew the room was small. We had a triple and it was nice for me and my friends to be in the same room. I prefer a 4 star hotel. But this is perfect for budget travelers.

Easy to get into and out of… beautiful park across road … subway closer than train so easy to get around. Bakery yummy … coffee the best … clean … modern … bathroom is like a portable room but it’s still nice

Everything about the stay was good: clean, comfortable, convenient. As Japanese hotels go, the rooms were spacious enough, the bathroom had hot water in the shower/deep bathtub, WiFi worked well in all areas, and check in/check out was smooth.
Nothing was bad, tour groups in the lobby and outside the front door make you realize you’re staying in a popular place.

It had been redecorated in a modern stylish way.
The quality of the food in the buffet breakfast was very good and the taste of the coffee was great!
The exterior entrance could use a little work, the sofas in the lobby were a little dirty.

Good location. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Very friendly staff.
Room was a little small especially the bathroom. Restaurant was very popular with locals so needs booking

We loved how close it was to Shinjuku station. The staff were super helpful and the bakery down stairs is amazing. Rooms are a good size and we could fit two full suitcases in our room with no issues.
We didn’t like how the windows were covered in a film to limit views of the park, but you could pay more for a park view room.

Good location, wonderful bakery and restaurant, easy access to subway, just a quick stroll through the park. Clean hotel. Staff was friendly.

Staff were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and responsive. (I also loved the downstairs restaurant and bakery)

Rooms are small but that’s as expected.

The hotel was bustling with people and had a great atmosphere. The bakery down stairs was excellent and the coffee was great. The bar/lounge was very relaxing. The location was central and easy to get around.
The heating on the rooms couldn’t be adjusted and it was far too hot for sleeping in. The bathroom was much smaller than anywhere else we have stayed

朝食に外人のスタッフが愛想良く挨拶して下さり片言の会話が楽しかったです🌝

Central but slightly away from the noisy Shinjuku area giving a buffer to rest. Good facility and practical. Rooms were good for Japan size standards.

Beds: uncomfortable

the room was a good size, even for three people, the bakery attached to the hotel and a good selection of food to get the morning started and the location was a short walk from Shinjuku station.
The bar did close a little early on our first night in town. The Bar staff gave us some pointers on where we could go as an alternative, which was helpful.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and kind.
Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the cleaning was poor. Too busy hotel for us. Quite a long walk to the center of Shinjuku.

Great cafe, bakery and restaurant. Coffee exceptional! Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out easy. Comfortable rooms although small.
All good but rooms small but standard in Japan.

L’emplacement et la chambre spacieuse, la boulangerie et le restaurant en bas
Peu de machine à laver. Il faut parfois attendre des heures le soir pour avoir soit une machine à laver soit un sèche linge

The room was very comfortable and spacious with incredibly nice amenities. They provided new water and towels and changed our rubbish every night, as well as a deeper clean every several days. We lost an item after checking out and they were very quick to respond and sorted things out very well :)

Great entrance with greenery & the bakery with fresh bread smells
What I found in some hotels in Japan is if you arrive about an hour before check in & a room is ready you have to pay an extra fee to check in , having travelled the world and worked in the industry I find this unacceptable .
The Knot was going to charge us , but a room wasn’t ready so we were able to come back an hour before check in and not pay extra

Great vibey lobby with cool tunes and people hanging out. Excellent breakfast and bakery, good coffee, flawless!

The breakfast was brilliant. The room we booked was bigger than we were expecting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with great english.
I wish breakfast started at 6am to give people who have early leaving times for day trips in and around Tokyo time to eat.

top location, clean, the most helpful staff and a good place for a coffee in the morning
walls are a bit thin

Nice hotel. Good location next to the park and close to Shinjuku station. Our room was comfortable and reasonably spacious. The best thing was the bakery in the lobby downstairs with delicious bread and pastries so you could have a cheap yummy breakfast. Good coffee too.
The room could have had a nicer view. Virtually no interaction with the staff. They just directed us to register with a machine. It would have been nice to have a personal welcome.

Location, right opposite a beautiful park, great coffee at the cafe, neat hotel, modern interior.
Tiny rooms but 17m2 was large by Japanese standards.

The bakery was great and the staff in the entry were very friendly.
The rooms were very small. The final day we couldn’t stay longer than 10am as there was a shut down for an electrical check. A little far out from the main area of Shinjuku
