This was a perfectly sized place to stay for my husband and I. My favorite part is Tres Trapi directly across the road. Grab the snorkeling gear Melissa kindly provides and go check out the sea turtles! The property is exactly as photographed and described. All the neighbors are nice and welcoming. If you're looking to visit, but wanting a quieter part of the island, this is it. Melissa was super attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Aruba is known as "one happy island" and, during my two week stay, I was "one happy visitor". Melissa was a thoughtful and responsive host. Her property was exactly as advertised: clean, cozy, and close to the water. I walked to four different beaches and enjoyed snorkeling at all of them. There is parking available, but I didn't rent a car because I was able to travel back and forth to Oranjestad's downtown on the public bus that passes right in front of Melissa's property. I really enjoyed being so close to the water, but also appreciated the easy access to shops and restaurants.

Melissa was amazing from the time we inquired about her property with our many questions until the time we checked out. The apt has every necessity and was spotlessly clean with a cozy bed and situated in the perfect area, across from a beach complete with sea turtles to start your day and a beautiful sunset to end your night. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive away. We were so very pleased with our stay!

It was a pleasure staying at Melissa‘s studio apartment. It is in a beautiful part of the island directly across the street from a wonderful snorkeling area. It is quiet at night, and Melissa was very attentive, cheerful and engaging. I really enjoyed my stay at her place! I would definitely rent from her again.

Melissa was a WONDERFUL and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay in her little compound (two casitas and a walled yard, and the main home) and didn't want to leave. Our space was perfect for us including a large walk-in closet and dressing area, Kitchen area, Flatscreen TV, etc., and a Queen bed, and common outdoor area. There were plenty of fresh linens, and Melissa supplied snorkel gear and beach chairs too. I worked remotely the whole time and was able to just cross the street and snorkel to my favorite beaches or enjoy the famous Arubian Sunset. We loved it and are planning our return!

Wonderful location. Clean…every essential was available and then some. Host provided beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkel equipment. Very safe and quiet area. Had a rental car, but could have done without. Beaches right across the street. Got groceries for the week at Super Foods on our way in and was good to go!!

I loved the location of this property. It was right across from some of the best snorkeling locations. The property also provided a beach chair, snorkel masks, and a beach mat which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
