We are 5 minutes from downtown Round Rock's shops, restaurants, and live music. We are 6 miles from the largest indoor water park, Kalahari. Austin is a 25 min Uber ride away. A large DECK with TWO DINING TABLES, a toddler playscape, and so much more! *Fri/Sat MUST be booked together *Residential Home - Security Cameras on site. *MUST BE 25+ TO BOOK *NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC The space Our home is in the quiet, Round Rock West/Shadowbrook neighborhood - which is near four major arteries of Round Rock: HWY 35, Loop 1/Mopac Expressway, Toll 45/130. A short twenty-minute drive to downtown Austin. Looking towards the front of the home you will see a traditional two-story home with Texas limestone, beautiful dark olive siding, white windows, and black shutters. (satellite images are super old!) We have a four-pained rain glass and wood door. Three huge oak trees, beautiful native Texas plants, and wildflowers (late spring) surround the front and backyard. We have a wooden arbored 10-foot privacy fence/side gate. Please note, central Texas sustained a huge blow to most of the area's native plants. Our beautiful landscape will get our full attention after winter. Once you walk through the backyard gate, you wind down the side of the house and see a flagstone sidewalk path lined with plants. A free-standing storage building has one exposed side with a replica - similar to the iconic Austin-based "I Love You This Much" sign. Great social media photo app!!! Keep walking and head towards the back you will start to notice the large back deck and pool/hot tub. The back porch has two large suspended swing chairs and a sectional that seats 6. Altogether, the backyard can seat 20-25. There is a large firepit located behind the white picket fence area. We have wood for our guests. When you head inside from the back porch you immediately feel welcomed. There are eclectic-boho-farmhouse touches in the majority of the house. The living and kitchen areas are open, quaint, and fully equipped. We have a large, wooden farmhouse table that can seat 8. A portable-toddler chair, numerous appliances, granite, and dark cabinets. The master bedroom is on the main level w/sliding barn door that leads to the master bath. Double vanity with large mirrors and beautiful lighting. A large multi-head walk-in shower with marble flooring and floor-to-ceiling glass walls and door. A French door opens from the master out to the hot tub/pool. Also downstairs is a half-bath and office. The office space has an open-peaceful feel with a large bookshelf, a desk, and a large window that lets natural light in. Upstairs has a large, open game room/playroom for the kids- with a 60 in Smart TV, games, toys, and kids craft table. Behind a private door is a separate hallway that houses all three bedrooms and a common, cute, farmhouse-style bathroom. The space has shiplap walls, a floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. The front and back bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 4) both have a king-size bed with a crib. The middle bedroom (bedroom 3) has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv/remote. We also have pack-n-plays available upon request. EXTRA NOTES: *When BOOKING WEEKENDS, YOU MUST BOOK FRI/SAT together. Sat is not a check-in option. Holidays host might open up more options. *HOT TUB is available year-round and included. *OUR POOL IS COVERED DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER TO END OF FEBRUARY due to our massive live oak tree that spans across the pool. It consistently drops leaves and seeds/nuts during those months. *Before NOV and After FEB, months HEATING THE POOL IS AN ADDITIONAL $100/per day. We must know 3 days in advance. Our pool is shaded and the temperature can get down to the '30-'50s during the fall/winter months, including March and April. *Please note this is NOT a party house. Nuisance noise & neighborhood disturbance (aka overtly loud music) will not be tolerated* We have lived here since 2000, and we consider our neighbors on this street family. They are awesome and very willing to chat if you see them. Along with the security cameras, they keep a heavy eye on our house for us. *Our garage/washer/dryer/and gym space are only available to our guests who stay a week or more at a time. *Strollers, pack-n-plays, and infant bouncers are available upon request. *Extra quilts, blankets, sheets, and towels are in the hallway closet upstairs. Guest access Parking: You will have private parking in the home's driveway. Our guests can also park along the curb directly in front of the house. Check-In Access: The host will text you the access codes the morning of your check-in.
