Built in 1945 right after WW, brand new complete renovation! We were in Beaufort to celebrate the graduation of our new Marine from MCRD Parris Island, which was 15 mins. drive from the property. The house was so charming and cozy. We all appreciated the attention to detail, such as lots of fluffy towels, power strips for charging in every room, warm blankets on the couch, soft bedding…made it feel like “home”. We even had farm fresh eggs and pancake mix available from the hosts! The fully equipped kitchen was a big selling point for me, as my Marine wanted a home cooked meal. The neighborhood is very peaceful, despite being minutes from the main road. Although we didn’t do much exploring on this trip, the hosts did provide a pass for visiting local parks and a list of recommendations for local food and recreation. Overall an excellent experience.

The back bedroom with a king is the quietest and allows easy access from both sides. The kitchen table could accommodate four, but needs to be pulled out. The exterior doesn't reflect the comfort and quality of the interior. It's very convenient by bike or car to everything we wanted and needed to do. The free park pass was an unexpected bonus that we used twice. We would stay here again.

We can down for the Shrimp Festival and to do some shrimping. The house was perfect for us! It had plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The house was charming with its old hardwood floors, big moldings, and old wood doors. The house had everything one could need while visiting Beaufort. The location was PERFECT! The beds were comfortable as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. Thanks for hosting us!

Had to move the dates forward by one day and host very accommodating. Outside of the home looks nothing like the inside, which was all updated and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and only short drives from where we wanted to go. I recommend this property.

Check in and check out was very simple. House is very comfortable with fast internet and plenty of space for parking. Had a great time and was able to bring our boat without any problem.

House was clean, well stocked, accessible, and comfortable. Our boot camp graduate was extremely grateful for the actual bed once she was able to leave Parris Island after graduation. Fairly close proximity to Hunting Island, where we took her Friday afternoon/evening for some beach relaxation, and the house is close to anything you can/would need. Would stay there again!

This property was the perfect stay for our USMC graduation needs. Located close to a variety of grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. Took us maybe 20-30 minutes to get to base when we needed to. Definitely the right price and location!

My husband and I brought his daughter and son in law to visit our favorite town and stayed in this cute house. It had a great feel and ticked all the boxes. The neighborhood was quiet and the covered parking area was a nice surprise. There were extras we didn’t expect to see like different coffees, laundry detergent and even some eggs!!!!
The only thing in the Master bedroom there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes-and I hate living out of a suitcase. We made due by rearranging some items in the armoire that housed all the extra stuff for the house. I feel as if you could move the close hanger and put in a piece of furniture with drawers. Otherwise the place was GREAT!!!!
