It's a short walk across the highway to Safeway. An even shorter walk to the shuttle stop (seasonal) takes you to Winter Park town and Ski Resort. There is plenty of room for one or two couples or families. Each room has a bunk bed and a full or queen bed so that a family of four could stay in each room. The kitchen is large and well stocked, there is plenty of seating for meals, and a nice deck with patio furniture. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. - In the event you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys. - In the event you are locked out of property, please contact us. -Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items. - The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
