About this house rental

This two-story, two-bedroom end unit is the perfect place for a ski vacation or summer retreat. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and adjacent open space from the windows and deck. Close to ski shuttle, grocery, and restaurants. Relax and enjoy! This is a two-story townhome end unit with open space all around and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It's a short walk across the highway to Safeway. An even shorter walk to the shuttle stop (seasonal) takes you to Winter Park town and Ski Resort. There is plenty of room for one or two couples or families. Each room has a bunk bed and a full or queen bed so that a family of four could stay in each room. The kitchen is large and well stocked, there is plenty of seating for meals, and a nice deck with patio furniture. Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full oven and stove, Refrigerator, TV/DVD player, wifi We're Following the Rules: This vacation rental is professionally managed and follows all local & state tax rules. Your reservation total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fee, and Accidental Property Damage Protection. - A $35 non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged at the point of reservation. - To book you must be at least 21 years old - This is a non-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges and forfeiture of your security deposit. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly. - This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level and parking so not to inconvenience the neighbors. - No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints. - Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am - No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather. - Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. - In the event you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys. - In the event you are locked out of property, please contact us. -Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items. - The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise. - There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions and fox. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside. - I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. The location of this unit was great. Very easy check-in and checkout rules. Some of the furniture was a little "fragile" so be careful, but beds were comfy.
