Nice stay, stay 3 times now but might stay somewhere else next time.

All in all a nice stay .

Would of been nice if it had place to eat or some grocery shops inside.

This is my worst vacation I’ve ever experienced, first and last time I ever stay here.

The building access to different shops is great.

The apartment was dirty, the bedsheet had blood stains, I caught a fungus infection because I laid on the bed before checking it, The security is outrageous, they want to check all of my purchases, can’t go anywhere without being stop.

The host of this residence was entirely a failure. does not care at all to their customers the worst of all

The property was in the center of the city. Other than that it was a horrible host. I would not recommend the host for future

The host wasn't there to personally help the guests. There was a two broken plastic stool in the balcony that made me fell. The hosts assistant was definitely disrespectful.

Convenient and pleasant

The location was great for our purpose of simply running errands in the city.

The bed wasn’t a queen-sized one like advertised so it was a tight squeeze with the kids. There weren’t enough pillow cases for the number of check-in guests in the booking. I was able to make it work with a tshirt as a pillow case.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend Gramercy.

The view and the pool. We love it so much!

Maybe the staffs. They're not that welcoming. No kitchen utensils (spoon, fork & knives). Poor wifi connection. We booked for 10 pax but the towels and blankets are not enough for us.

Too expensive for a place that has a roach infestation.

The staff was very professional and friendly.

The building has roaches. I have seen them in the elevators and in the room. Hotel is next to the red light district.

not very ideal for big groups or families because they couldn’t visit each other’s rooms easily.

Very good

The balcony and the view were great and the bed was super comfortable.

The pre check in was kinda complicated and annoying. There was a few cracked tiles and the shower screen was really difficult to close.

Great place to stay in Makati. Close to business district as well as fine restaurants and bars.

Easy access to all amenities, restaurants and bars

Saw some cockroaches but pest control have been on notice at the lift so it should be sorted out soon.

The bed am so disappointed because may booking bed is queen size but is not 😕 I hope next time please check the bed size.

The cleanliness was not good. Please focus more on the cleanliness of the rooms. And that there is internet in all the hotels, and there is no distinction between each customer and another. For example, green, gold, and others... This is racism in dealing. I wish you success

The property is clean ..in the heart of makati i love the pool .. lets just say that u get your money worth

Advance B'day Staycation - could have been perfect or much better but still made the stay memorable.

The Location, The Pool and Sauna

There were only 3 chairs in the dining area, we booked for 5 pax, extra futon mattress was really just a comforter so we asked for 2 because you can feel the hard floor, there were less plates we can use, we had to ask for the cleaner to come back because they had to change sheets from a bed stain of previous guests though they were accomodating to make the change and appreciate that the cleaner had to come back all the way from QC to Makati at night. We had to call engineering twice because the plugs short circuit easily. Not enough sockets for heavy duty appliances like microwave and rice cooker can't be used simultaneously, the humidifier even sparked without touching it and had burnt marks on the plug and extension. The view from the 22nd floor balcony though was nice and overall it's good for an overnight stay but they can improve the kitchen items to use for ease of stay and cooking. Some condo in the same place offers free coffee, tea, more towels, extra mattress and plates, cups, tall glasses to use but not much to use in this unit so you probably need to mention ahead of time instead that it should have been prepared knowing the #pax reserved for booking We were still able to make our stay enjoyable but it could have been perfect or much better.

Disappointing

Location was in a nice area and was close to a lot of things like 7-11, bars and restaurants. I liked how the building felt secured as you needed a key card to get in and out of the building.

There were cockroaches in the room and the AC was leaking from condensation. So much so that a towel was drenched with water. So we had to turn it off. Parking fee was not included.

I like that there are available plates and kitchenwares.

I don't like the wall paper it does not blend to the gray wall paint. We can't plug the charger properly because it is too loose. The room is not good for 5 to 6 people.

Disappointing! Not worth the money I paid for it.

Booked for 6 people, room for couple max 4 pax, utensils and cooking equipments are not cleaned. Place have so many dead cockroaches, place smelled insect spray, pillows are 4 1 double extra mattress and double size bed.then we have clean after our stay.

The view and the pool is the best attraction for this property, and value for money.

Not much of a drawback except that we booked a duplex room for 6 guest but they only gave us one access card to use in the room and the lift. Normally, the hotel provide it in two if the no. of guest is more than one but not for this property. So its a huge hassle to use the lift and move around. To do so, you need to ask one of your family/friend or colleague to send you off and call them to fetch you at the lobby or from the area of the property that you went to. Use of Swimming Pool. We booked 6 guest for this stay and when we reached the pool area,the attendant told us that only 4 guest are allowed to use the pool. Lastly, checking out is very inconvenient as you need to go out and exit the basement parking first and return to the hotel to hand in the access card.
