The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other amenities for your usage. In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa, a large flat-screen TV as well as a dining table. The two beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Note: Animals are not allowed on the property. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Our apartment is situated in a great location in Edinburgh, just a short walk from some of the city's most popular attractions. Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making this the perfect base for exploring the city. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, so you'll never be short of something to do. Edinburgh Waverley station is also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Bus Stop: Broughton Primary This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.
