Bathroom water not drained

Nice, small and peacefull hotel in a very good location, close to the Old Town, away from the traffic.

not a lot

the toilet inside our room was very bad. bad smells from the drain and the shower itself was badly constructed. the doors inside the hotel were opening and banging closed until 2am as guest arrived. kept us and the kids awake. recommend they install soft door closers to all room front doors.

The owner was very nice and helpful.

The hotel did not look like it was finalised. Naked wires everywhere and no signs of life. This is more like a cheap hostel, without even a reception desk. We were told the hotel is overbooked because booking.com didn't change hotel availability to sold our as they were advised by the hotel. We were taken to a super cheap hostel with no towels(we did ask for towels but they don't provide them, we had to dry ourselves with the bedlinen), the room was dusty and very poor WiFi. We were asked to pay cash on arrival. We were changed 700SAR or £155 for a cheap room in the middle of nowhere.
