Gwel Teg (Cornish for Beautiful View) is situated in a sought after area of Padstow and in an elevated position which benefits from direct Estuary views - Seating to the front is a perfect spot to sit and relax in a prime position and enjoy the ever-changing views. OPEN PLAN LOUNGE DINER : with picture window framing the stunning Estuary view. Comfortable seating - 2 leather sofas, Smart TV, DVD, bookshelves, living flame coal effect electric fire. Dining table and chairs - Patio doors lead directly to rear garden. KITCHEN - Modern kitchen equipped with all that is required for a self catering holiday. MODERN SHOWER ROOM: Large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, wash basin, heated towel rail.
