Great house with a perfect location in adequate parking for more than one car. We love staying in this house and will book it again in the future if in the area. Lots of places to eat in things to do in the area.

Owner was quick to respond when needed. Nicely remodeled and large dining table! Beautiful water view! Even has a wine fridge! Large, spacious showers!

This house was beautifully done. The back canal was something I wanted to sit by each morning and each night. I enjoyed seeing the birds and fish. Our very last day we seen an alligator fishing the canal.
The house owner responded quickly to every question I had and was very nice.
The showers were gorgeous and the beds were the best beds we have ever slept in!
We were about 2 miles from Nokomis Beach. Very close to Venice Beach and Caspersen Beach as well. We found a few shark teeth and dove for dozens of sand dollars. The town and especially the people were so enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved everything about it. It was close to food/beach/shopping. Would definitely book again! Thanks for the great place for our family !

Great place. Location is perfect for ski in/out and walks to the village. The furniture could use some updating but beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

Very nice clean home... nice sleeping accomodations... great location... we have relatives on Bayshore Rd, and we played at Mission Valley. Also played some tennis at the Laurel Nokomis school. Great time!

We loved staying at Steven’s place! It is beautiful and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Steven was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this hime!
