Please do not tamper or cover cameras because your reservation will be automatically canceled at no refund. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will give the host the right to come evict any guests inside the property with no refund. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
