Will never repeat

Location

The admin & host, unreachable, play victim, blame others for their own wrongdoing, rude, purposely did not respond except when involves money they will reply within seconds. No basic needs provided in the house. No soap, shampoo, plastic, etc.. Bathroom dirty. Difficulties during check in..waiting for more than 1 hour just to get the key. Call no use wsap as well during the collection of keys.no assurance or anything to say to customer who has been asking and waiting without any further notice. When we complaint to booking customer service, and they did gave wrong information which cause them to lose the money that we paid. They threatened us some more with police etc although clearly said by booking they are the one who informed the house unavailable. Play victim some more. Such a very very very bad experience.please don't book any accommodation with this owner.

Great location and place but has issues with the management which needs to be sorted out.

Duplex unit was spacious, easy access at ground floor and well decorated.

1. No trash bags - so we bought our own as we wanted to help out to make the cleaning easier 2. Upper bathroom was clogged (shower floor), as we only noticed late night we resorted to opening the floor trap ourselves and cleaned it - was dirty. Other rooms were fine only the upper first room on the left. 3. Residence was against homestay - felt unwelcomed and like beggars “tumpang a place” despite paying top dollar for a retreat. Proprietor should work this out with the JMB and shouldnt be made our problem. We only new after booking. Our cars was sticked with “No homestay you are not welcomed here” very unbecoming of Malaysian hospitality 4. Kids pool was under maintenance- again no one informed us - luckily the larger pool was good

Relaxing and a great place to unwind

This is the place to stay if you have a big family travelling together. All the necessary amenities is provided like washing machine , cooking and drinking water dispenser for hot and cold.

Not enough toilet papers provided and we had to purchase from supermarket.

Spacious for 11 adults, worth the money.

We actually booked The Cove, but due to some issues we were redirected to another property of theirs. The staff were friendly and helpful, always communicating and offering assistance. They could improve on their kitchen facilities, providing a stove and microwave.

Nothing much was great, it can improve on cleanliness as it was tiny bit dust in some places.

Superb

Everything was great. Enough room for a family of 7. All rooms including living room has air conditioning. Bathrooms had water heaters. Had netflix, coway, washing machine, iron and microwave. Close to a lot of attractions

The security guard that was on duty at the swimming pool was a little inconsiderate. I was already wearing a proper swimming attire and as a muslimah i was wearing hijab and wanted to cover my chest area but he kept insisting me to tuck it in my swimming shirt which i refused repeatedly until my brother had to step in and told him off. I understand that he was only doing his job but it still made me uncomfortable and I was only playing with my niece at the kid's pool

Pleasant

Nice pool, nice apartment

One bedroom is having a terrible smell . We just did not use it and use one bathroom wich is oke for 5 persons . Checkin instructions are not so good for international . For locals fine.

Pleasant Staycation

The unit is clean, wifi is provided. Bonus point of the unit is the hot/cold water filter. The process of check-in is pretty easy by collecting the key from the mailbox. The kids enjoy the water play so much.

Soundproofing isn't that good. Can hear nearby unit door closing noise.

Amazing!

Amazing residences! Very modern with an incredible swimming pool and a great gym. Appartment was fantastic for a family of 5! Very spacious and clean. Location is perfect if you have a car. Otherwise it's a bit far from the town. The area is very quiet and safe. Communication with the company was perfect and quick.

Just to be picky: pillows are too thick and the bathroom towels aren't great.

Very clean, surrounded by greenery and hills. View from the Swimming pool is so relaxing with the Hills and very calm. Enjoyed the stay very much.

East access. Felt like home. All facilities inside home was good. Internet access was good. Swimming pool.

Only 1 tiny thing. We found hair strands in certain places n felt a lily uncomfortable but I washed n dust it out. Otherwise we had a perfect stay

We picked standard 3 bedrooms. All rooms were comfortable and clean. Swimming pool with awesome view. Smooth check in.

I would have given 10 stars but there were no mirrors in the rooms. Only available in the toilets. 4 of us all girls stayed at Master bedroom. We had to wait until all finish showering to do our make up 😔

The water play area is not what u expect, Morning time didnt turn on. Ask the security guard said 8am till 12pm evening 5pm onwards Evening time 5pm they didnt really turn on all the water play area, the kids were so disappointed The guard and swimming pool area were rude and lack of communication

Ipoh lesisur stay with family and disable relation

Strategic location, value for money, secure environment, friendly and complete amenities for family, very comfortable stay for family. The air condirioner units function well but require periodic maintenence to ensure ventilation quality. Strongly recommended for group or family vacation accommodation, keep up the good work.

Cleanliness, secure environment, location, the access ability for disable still have room for improvement.

Less crowds for staying with full privacy. Location is convenient to reach out for eateries and visiting places. Smooth check in & check process.
