Also outside is a firepit that guests can use to keep warm while stargazing or roasting marshmallows. THINGS TO KNOW Valley Retreat - Upper is the upstairs of a two-level home. The lower level (Valley Retreat - Lower) is a separate rental that is currently occupied. Both units offer privacy and have their own outside entrances. Exterior amenities and spaces are shared. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Short distance from Eureka Springs. It rained a lot while we were there so did not get to experience the outdoors, but they had games and TV available inside that we did enjoy.

My family and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay. We wanted somewhere to stay that was out of town and close at the same time and this place was that. The first night we even saw about 10 deer across the creek! The kids enjoyed that and the swing and making smores by the fire. I would recommend for anyone to stay. You will enjoy it!

The property was of good quality. Nice house! However there was NO internet, TV, Radio or DVD. Just board games. Did the property owners know that the internet wasn't working? Overall it was a Bad stay!

There was a downstairs tenant and we could hear every noise he made, so I assume he could hear every noise we made. The listing does mentions that there is a lower tenant, but it goes on to say that "both units offer privacy." That is not really true. Every time our downstairs neighbor coughed, sneezed, or blew his nose, it sounded like he was in the upstairs living room with us. Will not be returning.

This was a last minute rental and we were very pleased. Nicely furnished, clean and well stocked. Close to our boat so we will be going back soon!

The house was a perfect place to stay for me and my mom. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was so quiet and tranquil. We had everything that we could've possibly needed. The only concern we had was upon arriving was the front door was left cracked open. Other than that, we had a great time!
