We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We loved the spacious, modern rooms and the friendly and accommodating staff. Location by the beach was also great!

Good location. Huge rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Windows in rooms are small so not a ton of natural light. Rooms smelled a bit (I think this was from not having a good enough ventilation system -- everything smelled a bit damp).

Absolutely brilliant - we’ll be coming back to Puerto Rico and definitely staying in the HiBird!

Over all, we had an amazing time!

The property was very clean and the outdoor pool and hot tub was cozy. We loved that there was a range top pots and pans, so we didn’t have to eat out every night.The location was perfect!

The parking was very tight!

Hotel intimiste avec jolie déco et piscine très agréable

Nous avons aimé la déco, la suite jolie et confortable, la piscine, les transats sur la plage, les recos de restos et le départ à 11h et non 10h.

Le sol glissant de la douche : je suis tombée et me suis faite mal. Rien pour poser sa valise. Personne à la réception lorsque nous sommes partis.

Go ahead and book your room right away.

Hotel is a great location . It’s right next to everything. Receptionist was great, he attended to me right away when the hot water in my room was not working. He gave me a room upgrade. I will definitely stay her again without hesitation, so don’t hesitate to book. Everything is new and clean .

Receptionist in the morning was not very friendly... compare to the guy in the evening. The final cost of the booking had hidden costs!

Great place to stay! Close to everything. Airport and attractions are near to HiBird. Ubers were super cheap and friendl

Very clean and comfortable place. Great central location to shops, restaurants and beach. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was super quiet and sparkling clean. Fully stocked kitchen even though we ate out every night. The pool area was really relaxing. The entire stay was great.

I wish they had more hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise no complaints.

My family and I loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly Recommended

Our Room and the Hotel as a whole was beautiful & clean and the Staff went above and beyond to assist and were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Very minor issue, the washing machines and dryers only accept quarters which you have to go to a nearby bank or the casino to obtain because there is no change machine on site.

Probably the best Apartment I ever stayed on.

I love the inside of the apartment. The gym and the pool were so cool.

They don't allow pets.

I would stay there again but a bit pricey..

The Location was great near cvs/walgreens/beach.

Needed better parking, A blender, and ice maker refrigerator.

It was fabulous

The property was very very clean smelling was fresh clean towels and linen every day was changed Patricia was very helpful and a another lady I forgot her name but overall the 2 ladies that worked at the front desk was very pleasant and nice

Very quiet and private and safe the manager call and spoke with me and gave me a upgrade to a one bedroom because I wanted more space as a complimentary I would really come back and stay at Hibird

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and were quick to respond to any questions I had or any items I needed were brought to me very fast! I had a group of 7 and it was more than enough room for all of us. Great location it’s in the middle of everything!

Definitely worth the price and great location.

I stayed with my family of 10 back in June. The property was just like the pictures! It was very beautiful and modern. The staff was extremely helpful.

The floors were sticky for our stay, and the cleaners never came. We never got full maid service during our stay, but someone at the front desk helped us clean the floor.

Loved the room and the location! Centrally located in the Condado. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance.
