The sofa also converts to a full/double size bed if you need a sleeping option for a weekend guest. The recently remodeled kitchen is well-equipped so you can stay in and enjoy meals from your cozy retreat. Deck The small deck features full views of the ocean and seating for two. Bedroom and Bathroom The Bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with a standing shower. An additional sleeping option is available on the full/double size sleeper sofa in the living room. Parking There is only one assigned parking space within the gated community, thus there is a 1-car maximum for guests staying at this vacation home though there is sometimes street parking available outside the gate. Pets Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Pets should never be left unattended in the home. Please be aware that the Homeowner has a cat that occasionally visits the home, so if you have severe allergies, please let us know.
