Beautiful view, quiet and close to hiking trails. Great kitchen and convenient enclosed parking

+ wonderful sea view from all rooms and balcony + easy to keep clean, no carpets but a nice ceramic tile floor + very calm environment, no traffic (cul de sac) + near the beach and harbour + hiking possibilities to the national park just behind the apartment + absolutely fine parking space for vehicle + very simple and easy house rules + no extra end cleaning fees + good owen, washing machine, dish machine etc. + effective and noiseless a/c + take a cheap ferry cruise by ”navette” to Cannes, Theoule or La Napoule! + very friendly service from the housekeeper (Svetlana) + immediate responses from the Owner (Philippe) + short payback time of the damage deposit (1 week) 0 IKEA furniture (white) was a little bit worned. It was in need of cleaning. But, at all, IKEA furniture is a good choice for holiday apartment. 0 You will need car, if you don’t eat your meals in local restaurants. Public traffic works, but not every hour. Nearest supermarkets with parking space are in Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Agay. A small ”superette” in Le Trayas (1,5 km) is ok for small drink and breakfast needs. 0 The swimming pool was well maintained, but pretty If you really want to swim, you’d better take a 10 minutes walk to the beach. 0 There are not many tourist attractions nearby. For us it was a bless... 0 The house may be hard to find at the first time. Even a new navigator didn’t recognize the address. But yes, it is there, thought it seems like the road will end up to someone’s garage... - The kitchen equipment was a bit undersized for the family that is self-making most meals. I recommend the owner to buy some new chopping boards, fry pans, kettles, scissors and bigger knives. As well, a small vacuum cleaner and a water bucket for cleaning would be welcome. - fire alarm was out of order, likely due to an empty battery! I shouldn’t recommend this apartment, because good recommendations usually leads to increasing prices and decreasing availability - and we hope that we could visit in this place again... But, let’s play fair! This apartment was a small pearl for a two weeks do-it-yourself vacation for a family with two teenagers. This was our 6th vacation on the French Riviera. I’ll give 4,5 points. Amazing apartment - modern, clean, safe, great view, great location. Highly recommend

The apartment looks onto the Mediterranean from its hillside garden retreat. We could walk to the beach, watch the boats in the marina or hike the mountain out back. The pool provided a quiet, cool spot to read and relax. The apartment has all amenities for a longer stay including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable furniture and quiet bedroom. The location is perfect for day trips to Cannes, St. Tropez or Monaco and Nice. Recommended for couples or families.
