The location is fabulous. Beach front with nothing to take your view. The large covered deck made sitting out even on rainy days a pleasure.
The beds were hard, both bathrooms have water damage. The upstairs has water damage on the ceiling above the tub and the downstairs around the toilet. The beds keep you tossing and turning and could definitely use mattress toppers or new mattresses.
Baby gates would be nice to have for the stairs inside and on the outside porch.
