Receptionist asked me double of the amount which i booked for

They are taking extra amount at the venue than the booked price. I just booked the room for 475 rupees from confirm ticket and they took 1000 rupees from me. They are very rude towards the customers. The worst management I have ever seen till now in my life.

Rooms are new, and equipment. So staying is good.

Staffs are young and drunk and mischievous. Felt very insecure and unsafe for the rough staffs. Initially the staff (he don't know Hindi) called someone (may be manager or owner) and in response he was unwilling to allocate us for the lowest price but later he agreed. I was down from there itself. I have gone for an important exam of my daughter but these fellows seems to be irresponsible. Later one boy came as manager and totally misbehaved. I was about to file a police complaint. I will advise no one with family should go there until unless some lady staff with some senior staff be appointed for day-today dealing. By evening water supply stopped. No maintenance.
