Inside, the open plan lounge / dining room have large window that allow both the views and the sunlight to fill the room. The kitchen features a microwave, oven, grill, kettle & toaster for all cooking requirements. Or if you feel like eating out, indulge in the many local eateries that Burrill Lake, Ulladulla & Mollymook have to offer. Downstairs is designed for fun! There is a pool table with a score board, a TV & board games for all to enjoy. The bathroom features a shower, sink & seperate toilet. Or you can make use of the outside shower, located externally next to the garage. Inside the garage / entertaining area provides a seperate toilet, BBQ, washing machine & dryer, fridge & table and chairs. Walk 1 minute across the road to the the pristine waters of Burrill Lake. Although please be cautious when swimming here as the entrance rips can be dangerous. If you are looking for kid friendly swimming spot we recommend heading down the lake a little more, or drive 12 minutes to Mollymook Beach or Mollymook Bogey Hole.
