This home offers the vintage charm of the historical 1925 Ouachita River cabin with modern interior updates. Spend lazy evenings in the shared furnished patio with a propane grill and firepit. You can also bring your fishing rod and take your chances with all the fish in the lake. The dock is available for your use, so take advantage of it and bring your boat! Inside, you can see the lake from every room of the cottage. The inviting living room offers a YouTube TV-enabled TV and comfortable furniture throughout. Sleep in the gorgeous sunroom with lake views on the most amazing sleeper sofa. The beautiful kitchen is complete with modern appliances, which include a spacious built-in fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. If you are traveling with a larger group or more families, this retreat can be booked together with other two homes for the perfect group vacay! THINGS TO KNOW The Magnolia, The Azalea, and The Bungalow are all located behind the same gated peninsula on Lake Hamilton. Together, all three could accommodate up to 30 guests. The property comes equipped with dedicated covered boat slip space. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. Please note: Pool access is shared with two other onsite units. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Amazing location with gorgeous views. The home was perfect. It had all up to date amenities and appliances. Fantastic kitchen and an Awesome built-in back porch. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. Each room in the house has it's own AC which was a PLUS since each guest could control their own temperature to their liking. It is only a 10 minute drive to down town Hot Springs. We highly recommend this home and we will definately be coming back in the future!

The house is very nice, as advertised. The layout was cool, we easily slept 7 people. The back patio was especially great, it's where we spent the majority of our down time watching the boaters / water. The beds were a little stuff for our liking but we managed just fine. Overall, great house with nice amenities.

The cottage was roomy and nicely decorated. The back yard by the lake is where we stayed. The kids stayed off the phones and fished. Will stay again.

Experience was very good in spite of the bad weather. Enjoyed the house. One suggestion to make it better would be instructions for the TV's. Finally got U-Tube TV going but never could figure out how to adjust the sound level on the remote. The fireplace was very nice but the control box might need the batteries replaced. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not.

Beautiful old cottage with great updates right on the main channel. Close to Sams Pizza was awesome. Views from EVERY room of the lake. This cottage has always been one of my favorite homes on the lake growing up on Hamilton in the summers.

The view and decor are out of this world. We loved the fireplace and cozy cottage feel. The house is spotless and well appointed. We would love to return. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio with a fire watching the sun set.

What a beautiful setting for a beautifully updated home. The view from the lovely Magnolia Cottage and sunsets off the patio were breathtaking. The home was spotless and had all we needed for a relaxing, mid-week stay.

I have a disabled child fulltime wheelchair and this locations works well. Except the bathrooms. Now… we are very accustomed to not having idea bathrooms so let me say this house is awesome and very very clean and tidy. We’ve stayed at many VRBO/ABNB and this one is a cool spot. The beds are great. Casper. Yep I looked. Also… if u rent a boat. The dock is on the east side of the driveway. Not the dock you see out the house window to the west. This is a great dock b/c it’s very calm and I was able to get my son in very easy. Worth the price and in fact… they could charge more.

The cottage was magical and the surrounding landscape was so gorgeous. The cottage was beautifully decorated, had every amenity, and the beds were SO comfortable. Great time!

This home is just amazing. Every room has a stunning view. Very well equipped, but we did purchase and donate a coffee pot to the house because we don't care for Kurig K Cups. Very clean and the beds were as promised- extremely comfortable! I will definately be back.

This was my favorite rental to date! This adorable cottage slept our whole family of 7 comfortably. It is well- decorated, well appointed, has comfortable beds and a great modern kitchen. And the view of the lake is to die for. We didn’t want to leave!

Privacy at its finest! Cute home, very close proximity to lake. Views are spectacular, and impressed with shape of home being the most historic property on lake. We would definitely come back and certainly plan on it!

Everything was just perfect. There were 11 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was furnished with most of the necessities such as shampoo and spices etc. It was very open and modern. Being surrounded by water was unbelievable and it felt like being on an island. We will definitely be going back next year.
