You are only 6 minutes to the beach and plenty of shopping close by ensures you will have everything you need. The Space: The main area of the house is a wide open concept with the kitchen, living and dining room one large area perfect for hanging out together. The 75" smart TV Guest Access: You will have access to the entire home. With a personal combo for the door lock. The Neighborhood: A quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets and sidewalks. A small lake where its always fun to walk down and feed the ducks and turtles. Walmart just blocks away, Seminole Shopping Center, Target and other stores just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING inside. There is a back porch and patio you can smoke to your hearts content. But any smoking inside will result in a $500 minimum fine.
