From the very start, the hosts (Professional Holiday) were very efficient. They promptly replied to all my emails and always went above and beyond.They host communicated with me very efficiently and sent all info out a few days prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check in. Upon arrival, we were very impressed with how beautiful the house was! It looked like a property straight out of those renovation shows, beautifully decorated with gorgeous bathrooms and furnishing. It had fabulous amenities like the pizza oven, washer/dryer, coffee machine. It had instructions and detailed list throughout the house to facilitate ease and had awesome, beachy touches! We loved the games and pizza dough ingredients and we made great memories playing croquet,finska and making pizzas as a family. Also it was exceptionally CLEAN! I usually find I need to re-clean bathrooms upon arrival at some rentals, but not here. This house and it's hosts are stellar and I cannot thank them enough for a magical stay!

Location in a quiet street was nice. Cute & clean with laundry facilities. Great that there was a heater in each room & reverse cycle air con.

Dog poo in yard & lawns long No Glad wrap/foil or paper towel provided when it says they are. Pretty worn with missing or broken handles in kitchen Coffee machine unclean so didn’t use

Stunning property, loved the style and all the little extras. Garden was so nice to relax in.

Had a 3 night stay here with 3 girls and absolutely loved our stay! Everything about the house was fantastically decorated, modern, amazing cleanliness for all the bedrooms and shower spaces and all the small little touches like the handwash, hand lotion, pop trivia, tv, wifi and all the kitchen utensils and kitchen ingredients took our stay to the next level and really made it feel like home. The fact it was a new property made sure that everything was super modern, nothing broke down and had such great convenience to the nearby beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We also absolutely loved eating in the beautiful backyard and found that the bedrooms were quite spacious with plenty of storage and convenient plug points.

Only thing that could have improved our stay is that some of the appliances were a little bit odd/didn't work very well, e.g. one of the stovetops didn't go high enough and the dryer took several runs to dry our clothes. Additionally, despite trying to communicate with the hosts on multiple occasions as we had some difficulty with the alarm (instructions in the guest rules didn't work), and garbage issues- there was either delayed or no correspondence back. We also feel the cleaning of dust could have been a little bit more thorough.
