Simple things like having hot water in the washroom was not working, it makes it more difficult during winter. They could not fix the issue even after 24 hours

Not sure where the promised luxury is here...

Very well placed position in this absolutely beautiful city. Only a few minutes walk to City Palace but everywhere is accessible by auto from this good location. Hotel looks new but shiny marble floors alone do not make a good hotel.

I am not sure where the luxury is here. It is new and clean but the electricity in the room failed three times and had to be reset from the roofspace - and l did not use ac, fan or fridge. Certainly no luxury electrics. Food ok but many places in Udaipur have roof restaurants. The room looked onto a high block wall less than 1 metre from the window. Maybe Mangal means no view! Although the hotel is pleasant enough and clean, l didn't find what it calls "boutique luxury". Over priced for what it offers (over 6,000 rupees per night)..

Clean and comfortable rooms and nice rooftop restaurant. Very good value for money! And good walking distance to City Palace etc

Hotel funcional sin más

Un hotel funcional sin más pretensiones.

Muy ruidoso toda la noche y todo el día por culpa de otros huéspedes. Dimos quejas a la recepción y no hicieron ni caso. El desayuno bastante pobre y poco preparado, no nos hicieron ni una tortilla.

Top Aussicht vom Restauraunt und die Lage ist gut, Frühstück ist aber nicht nennenswert.

Top Aussicht auf den City Palace.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Keine grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Es gab indisches Frühstück und sonst Cornflakes oder Toast (an einem Tag gab es nicht einmal mehr Marmelade).

Hotel très moderne, neuf tout confort... Personnel aux petits soins. Restaurant en terrasse très bien avec vue sur la ville Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel à deux pas du lac et du city palace

Kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde nicht nochmal dahin gehen.

Die Unterkunft lag ziemlich zentral und man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr schön mit gutem Essen. Der Mann an der Rezeption war nett und hat sich um unser Taxi gekümmert.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Besonders die Kellner waren unfreundlich. Es hat lange gedauert, bis wir bedient wurden und die einheimischen Gäste wurden sichtlich bevorzugt. Als wir dann gehen wollten, um in ein anderes Restaurant zu gehen kam dann endlich mal jemand.

If you don’t want to sleep book this hotel.

Good location and clean

Staff doesn’t speak English. Staff keeps waking up with calls even if you ask not to. We had to disconnect the phone. Hotel helds parties every night it’s very loud until late night hours in our case 3am. Constant slamming doors and the staff doesn’t do anything about it.

Could be better

The size of the room was good. Location was very nice - close enough to the centre but not too noisy.

Very poor breakfast - would be better to not book breakfasts and eat outside in nearby coffee shop. Staff was not organised at all. Lack of hairdryer although marked in room description. The room was not cleaned between nights.

Modern but noisey

Friendly receptionist and staff Modern rooms Location is decent

Bathroom not cleaned properly. Lots of build up which is surprising considering it’s a new hotel Very noisy, echoey and no soundproofing. I was on the 3rd floor and I could hear a party on the 5th floor rooftop and this morning people at breakfast being served on either the first or second floor.

Ok, but not worth what you pay for.

Location is good and hotel staff very helpful.

Breakfast service too slow, very noisy reception, we could hear people late into the night being on the 1st floor overlooking the reception area. Room not cleaned properly. General cleanliness not good.

Clean hotel.

Room was so clean comfortable, the rooftop was lovely too, great views of the city. Seeing other views about location not being great. I wouldn’t say this was necessarily true, but it is around a 15 min walk to the centre of the old town with lots of shops etc. We didn’t mind walking so wasn’t a problem.

Buena relación calidad precio

Muy buena calidad precio. Habitación buena, grande, limpia, nueva. Edificio nuevo, instalaciones muy nuevas y eso se nota. Recepción y manager muy buena atención. Una terraza con vistas excepcionales y un restaurante recomendable.

Parte del personal de camareros no hablaba casi inglés y era difícil comunicarse correctamente.

Need to do bit more to claim as a luxury/ Business hotel

Rooms are neat and clean, location is also fine.

Toiletries provided in the washroom aren't upto the mark and bathroom is also very small and lacks proper shower area. Rooms have smalls windows leading to claustrophobic effect

Attention to small details could make it better - better toiletries, room properly checked prior to check in to ensure it is ready, more breakfast options

Great hotel- very modern

Very modern for the area. Room is clean, comfortable and modern. I’d would recommend/stay again.

Very new property, so still some rough edges. Otherwise it would be 10/10. However, having met the staff and manager, I have no doubts the property with be completed to excellent standard.

Just Everything is awesome

Hotel is located near to all the tourist attraction, It's a newly built hotel with all modren facilities lieke settelite LED, 24HRS running hot and cold water. Dual mod air conditioning. The view from Roof top really fabouls. Rooms are very comfortable, Neat clean and hygenic. Bath rooms were clean. Staff is very polite and and hepful. Must visit this Hotel.

Breathtaking View of Palaces

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The highlight of my stay, however, was the breathtaking view of the palace. I was able to admire the magnificent architecture and stunning beauty of the palace from my room, and it was truly a sight to behold. The view was especially breathtaking at sunset, when the palace was lit up and the colors of the sky changed from orange to pink to deep blue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Udaipur with a breathtaking palace view. Wonderful location, close to City tour spots and at the same time away from heavily crowded areas. New construction, great quality and comfort. Accommodating staff. 24 hour checkin checkout system is new in town. Loved it!
