There was no breakfast included.
For whatever reason the water was turned off about 2 hours before our departure.

Heating system
The bottom restroom has a strong sewer odor, one of the futon frames collapsed, the dining table chairs were loose, and the kitchen stove has a very bad flame on all burners.
To walk to the beach is not appealing pad to walk is full of garbage.
